Chief Technical Officer - IT

Position : Chief Technical Officer

Location : Mumbai

Key Responsibilities :

- CTO is expected to define and drive technology vision of the organization. S/He needs to provide technology solutions for business and monitor technology upgrades / road map implementations.

- Defining the organizational level technology usage policy

- Identifying new and innovative technology solutions for business benefit

- Setting and Owning COE for technology areas (Testing, Technical architecture, Design, reusable components)

- Evaluating market trends, understanding business needs and bringing in new technologies

- Analyzing key business drivers, identifying opportunities and developing IT strategies for implementation

- Deploying enterprise architecture processes including IT strategy and architecture strategy implementation

- Developing and being a custodian of technology and architecture centric frameworks

- Developing IT technology standards and protocols inline industry best practice

- Custodian and Propagation of Reusable components

- Developing and maintaining strong relationship with vendors for involving them and enlisting their support for planned technology advancement.

- Ensuring effective relationships are developed with other external agencies and partners who can further the Technology scope/ awareness of our offerings.

- Working closely with Business teams to align the technology initiatives with Business priorities

- Setting up streamlined DevOps for development and software maintenance.
