Chief Technical Officer - Healthcare

Position is with one of the growing organization in healthcare industry in Chennai.

The CTO will be the hands on technical leader and manager of the software development team.

- He/She will develop an understanding of the technical as well as the business goals of the company and will help the company achieve those goals.

- He will lead the technical team.

- He/She will be responsible for ongoing maintenance/enhancement of the software products as well as developing mobile versions of it and developing new products.

- He will be responsible for recruiting and managing the software team

- Building scalable, secure, high performing web-based software in the healthcare arena

- Experience leading and managing team of developers

- Previous startup experience is a plus

- Command of open source technologies including Linux, PHP, Javascript, MySQL

- Deep understanding of HIPAA, HL7, API, meaningful use criteria for HER

- Problem-solving, communication and flexibility

- Business acumen and strategic thinking
