Chief Technical Officer/Head - Digital Transformation Strategy - FMCG

Our client is a large FMCG organization based in Delhi. They are growing rapidly and to augment their growth they are looking to hire a young dynamic IT Leader who will be the Head of IT and Digital Transformation for the organization.

The incumbent will be part of the leadership team and will:

- Be Responsible for creating & driving new age Digital Road Map for the business units

- Head the IT and the Digital journey for the org

- Work closely with leadership to drive a program of innovation and digital transformation with a focus on creating real business-value

- Design a digital campaigns that you will plan and execute that will directly contribute to the achievement of the growth goals

- Delve into designing of solutions around B2B, B2C, e-commerce, social commerce, distribution/SCM and other emerging areas

- Conduct organization impact analysis and enterprise redesign strategies

- Develop a Change Management Plan to drive faster adoption and higher utilization of process/system changes

To qualify for these positions you should Have all of below:

- BE from a reputed School

- 15+ years of experience

- Experience in Heading IT in a mid to large sized organization

- Good experience in Digital Transformation projects

- Have experience in B2C, e-commerce, FMCG, Start-ups, FinTech, FoodTech, EdTech or similar

- Have worked on consumer facing apps & solutions around e-comm. Marketing, distribution, fintech etc

- Have excellent experience on creating technology solutions for business problems

- Be a strategic thinker who can manage competing priorities and stakeholders

- Have excellent communication, articulation skills

- Be from Delhi or willing to relocate
