 Description - Working along-side investors and founders, help the company redefine the business using technology road map with a clear vision on the market landscape

Develop tech road map, strategise the vison for the platform, teams, culture etc. and scale it up to create a mark in the FinTech industry

Client Details :

A FinTech start up in the niche lending space creating a tech platform powered by AI, ML, blockchain and other new age technologies to bring all stakeholders involved on a single platform as a 1 stop digital solution

Description : 

- Build architecture of the core technology system

- Define tech stacks, product roadmap, vision and growth plans

- Execute the strategies and create a world class platform run by an exceptional team

- Ability to translate digital transformation concepts & application of emerging technologies to the industry

- Build, mentor, educate and lead technology teams with regard to the company's technological vision, opportunities & challenges

- Be a trusted advisor to the founders & investors

Profile : 

- B.Tech/ M.Tech from IIT (or other Tier 1 institutes) only

- 10-15 years of It experience in building a platform/ product from scratch to scale preferably in a start-up with 5+ years of leadership experience

- Proven track record of working on core/common applications which have helped scale start-up organisations

- Exposure to applications of AI/ML technologies in FinTech

- Demonstration of strong blend of digital transformation, business, architectural and executional skills

- Passion for technology, ability to thrive in a start-up environment, proactive and hands-on in development and execution
