Chief Technical Officer - EdTech

Our client is a pioneer in the education space, having started operations more than 3 decades ago. Started by a group of IIM alumnus, their first product truly set the benchmark for CAT test preparation. Since then, they have gone on to become a full stack platform for test preparation and upskilling for careers with a global footprint.

The company is among the very few profitable and publicly listed EdTech companies in India and is well respected for it's leadership talent and diversified product range.

As a CTO, you will be responsible for participating, evolving and implementing strategic technology plan for 2023-26 to achieve biz goals and stay as an innovative EdTech company.

What you will do :

- Working with various business heads to develop tech roadmaps to support their businesses

- Designing and implementing App-first & Smart techs proactively to stay ahead in the curve

- Overseeing the development and maintenance of various cloud based services for the customer facing portals serving over 200k paid users pa that is expected to grow to a million in the next 3-4 years

- Overseeing the development and maintenance of internal cloud based ERP for the employee/partner facing portals

- Managing multiple websites along with e-commerce section, CRM integration, Helpdesk integration, Payment Gateway integrations etc.

- Managing the customer facing Mobile apps (Android and Apple)

- Managing tech for online learning (video streaming, archival, search) , online assessment, DRM safe content delivery

- Proving tech support for digital marketing teams for lead management and API based integration with partner platforms

What you need to have :

- Relevant experience of 12+ years

- Knowledge in AWS Cloud, Oracle Cloud, Java, Oracle , SQL, HTML/JavaScript
