- Define Technology strategy inline with Product roadmap

- Work closely with Design, Product and Marketing to deliver world class product

- Drive key performance indicators across all Engineering functions

- Lead and mentor the team and taking them to the next level of technical expertise

- Develop a collaborative & innovative culture

- Hire and build world class Engineering Team

What you will need

- Experience in a dynamic, fast paced startup environment

- Having worked in 0 to 1 journey

- Experience in building a social media or ecommerce product from scratch

- Minimum 8 years of experience

- Experience in building Mobile Applications

Salary offered: 70-100LPA
