Chief Technical Manager/Vice President - Technology - eCommerce Startup

Looking for Seasoned Technical Professional for a Chief Technical Manager role reporting to CTO for a 2.5 years old Start up in E-Commerce space.

One should have worked on product development of a Mobile or Web Application which would have worked on live data and should have managed end to end product development cycle.

Role & Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute a differentiated product vision, strategy and roadmap for the organization's products

- Deliver seamless user experiences and solutions, across platforms and devices to customers across segments. Devise and executes a winning plan with full consideration for business and organizational context

- Collaborate with engineering, marketing and sales teams to align on product priorities and enable successful product / feature launch and go-to-market

- Evangelize product vision across the organization. Communicate clear plans and timelines to internal and external stakeholders

- Strategic Relationship Management - Build strong rapport and establish a trusted partnership with vendors, including internal functions and key stake holders across the organization.

- Innovate the product based on user feedback and inform product design and priorities based on feedback and other external and internal dynamics / factors

Must Haves:

- The incumbent must have 15-18 years of successful experience in technology where he has donned multiple hats across coding to product development

- Fast-paced yet pragmatic; a history of getting things done in complex environments

- Experience of working on mobile and computer apps and platforms

- Business-minded; ability to marry business drivers and technical objectives

- Solid communicator across a span of business and technical stakeholders with demonstrated success managing through influence

- Deeply understands and appreciates user experience, elegance and making the product simple to the end user

- Ability to roll up sleeves and get involved in the work versus purely playing a managerial role.

- Stays up to speed on latest innovation and standards in industry

Reporting: Will report to the CTO
