Chief Strategy Officer - Retail

About the Client:

The company is a leading retail giant in India, offering a wide range of products and services to meet the needs of a diverse and growing customer base. As it continues to innovate and expand, the company is looking for a dynamic, strategic, and experienced Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) to lead its strategic efforts and drive the next phase of growth.

Location- Andheri East, Mumbai

Reports to- CEO

- Advising CXOs and Board members on long-term strategy and organizational goals, while collaborating with senior stakeholders on key business issues.

- Identifying and leading initiatives to support business strategy, guiding teams through analysis, design, execution, and change management.

- Creating frameworks for strategy execution and helping teams implement them, focusing on long-term success through the right processes, structures, and technology.

- Presenting recommendations to CXOs and Board members to gain approval.

- Promoting continuous improvement by applying best practices.

Skills & Experience:

- 10-12 years of experience.

- Graduate from a Tier 1/2 business school with a background in consulting or corporate strategy.

- Experience in retail businesses with strong operational knowledge.

- Strong stakeholder management skills.
