Key Responsibilities :
The role is to front end PE initiatives with various stakeholders and will be responsible for:
- Need analysis and prioritizing challenges in consultation with ExCo or equivalents
- Identifying and driving projects that would build inefficiencies across the functioning of various units
- Delivering best in class customer experience
- Periodic reviews and updates of PE interactions & involvements
- Swiftly connect with stakeholders and manage the perceptions by engaging in the delivery of quick yet effective solutions on burning needs
Be the SPOC and PE mascot:
- Stakeholder Management, reviews, project governance, MISs & Communication
Performance measures :
- Identification of business needs and converting them into projects
- Identification of gaps in the existing process and arriving at the best suitable solution across all stakeholders
- Roll-outs, upgrades and other process governance activities
Job Requirements :
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's Degree (post graduate education in business management will be of added advantage)
- Certification in tools like TQM / LEAN / 6 Sigma or similar process excellence domain will be of added advantage
Experience :
- 7 to 10 years- experience with diversified service industry background and orientation towards operations management
