Looking for Chief Sales Officers (CSO) or Head of Sales Officer who will be a strategic thought-leader and will play a critical role with the senior management in decision making, Business expansion and operations. We prefer anyone who focus on putting the company's growth on fast track through cohesive product/business strategy and execution. He/she will focus on the development and growth of the business through building strategies, relationships in the industry, identifying opportunities, and completing business deals.

- Formulating detailed revenue strategies which can bring in unlock new business and maximize the revenue from existing channels.

- Facilitates the execution as per the current operating plan set up by the management to achieve revenue targets.

- Working collaboratively with the all the Team members and ensuring that the strategy is communicated and easily understood by all throughout the organization. So that all the team member's works towards a single goal.

- Works closely with HR to get the required team on board to executive as per the operating plan setup

- Ensures that appropriate metrics and reporting are in place to measure performance and progress towards strategic goals.

- Work closely with the product and marketing teams to improve on the conversions (or) sales on the platforms.

- Formulate partnership strategies which can bring in required growth in terms of users and business

- Work closely with the data science team to get proper data insights and use business understanding to innovate & improve processes thereby driving overall business and revenue growth.

- Reporting:

- Ensure proper reporting is done in the form of weekly and monthly MIS reports basis to the leadership about the overall business growth.

- Act as POC of contact to the senior management of the company for any data on the business performance.

Skills& Abilities:

- You must be able to see the big picture as well as the finer details, as your work is across the spectrum. You will deal in small daily matters, as well as larger aims and setting goals. A systematic organized approach to work is vital.

- You should be proficient in customer conversion optimization that analyses visitor's behavioral data to predict abandonment and helps in improving conversion rate in a short period of time.

- Brilliant communication and interpersonal skills, for dealing with many types of people at all levels in a direct diplomatic way, are essential. An understanding of customer/client requirements is must.

- Strong leadership skills, including effective time management, prioritizing and delegation, are

Required. You must be able to lead, coach, inspire, support and motivate your team, and always seeking to improve best practice.

- Having natural creative flair and being full of ideas and energy to introduce new concepts and

Innovations would be advantageous.

REQUIREMENTS

- B-Tech or M-Tech or an MBA or any post graduate (Sales & Operations would be preferable)

- 5-10 years of experience in handling various business and operational roles in fast paced and complex environment ; of which at least 3 years should be in a travel/Hospitality/ Indian Railways/ technology/ Internet/ online travel/ travel search/ OTAs start-up/MSME or SME.

- Experience in working for an Ads Tech or Ads sales firm will be an added advantage.

- Must have a past experience in scaling a company or organization.

- Knowledge and proficiency with lean start-up methods.

- Working knowledge of budgets, forecasting and metrics

- Added advantage if you have performed various functional roles (sales, marketing, engineering, finance, customer support) at different sized internet companies.
