Key Responsibilities:
- Implementing new sales plans and advertising.
- Develop and execute a sales plan that drives revenue growth and meets or exceeds sales targets
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and operations, to ensure alignment and coordination of sales activities
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
- Promoting the company's existing brands and introducing new products to the market.
- Analyzing budgets, preparing annual budget plans, scheduling expenditures, and ensuring that the sales team meets their quotas and goals.
- Researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans, understanding consumer requirements, identifying market trends, and suggesting system improvements to achieve the company's marketing goals.
- Gathering, investigating, and summarizing market data and trends to draft reports.
- Recruiting, training, scheduling, coaching, and managing marketing and sales teams to meet sales and marketing human resource objectives.
- Maintaining relationships with important clients by making regular visits, understanding their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities.
- Staying current in the industry by attending educational opportunities, conferences, and workshops, reading publications, and maintaining personal and professional networks
- Provide regular sales reports and updates to senior management
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
- Analytical and data-driven, with the ability to interpret and use sales data to drive business decisions
- Strategic thinker, with the ability to develop and implement a sales plan that aligns with the company's goals and objectives
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand and navigate complex business environments
- Ability to travel as needed to meet with customers and attend industry events.
