Looking for someone with :
- Knowledge of Prepaid Card based product portfolio formulation
- Highly numbers-driven sales person with complete command over how to achieve his/her Monthly & Quarterly sales targets
- A thorough exposure to Institutional, Corporate, Channel and Alliance based sales of Prepaid Card or similar products
- Align the sales organization's objectives with IYC's overall business strategy through active participation in corporate strategic planning, sales strategy development, forecasting, sales resource planning, budgeting and reporting
- Accountable for country-wide Sales resources and their performance
- Provides not only managerial leadership to the Sales Organization, but also effectively hire, guide & mentor his team to achieve sales targets consistently
- Establish & nurture relationships with customers & prospects.
- Should have branding exposure as well.

- Very aggressive in achieving the assigned sales targets.
- Very good in planning & executing Revenue-acquisition plans
- Should have handled sales team and got the sales targets achieved
- A go-getter and a thorough team player who can retain good performers of his team using his leadership skills

Required Skills, Knowledge and Experience :
- Experience in Prepaid Cards industry.
- Experience with business and sales analysis using multiple business metrics
- Proven & verifiable successes of achieving sales targets across products from the Digital Retail Payment Solutions domain
- Proven record & experience of achieving growth of Sales, Revenues & Profits, and improving internal Sales processes
- Has tremendous sense of urgency tempered by the ability to keep calm under pressure
