- Lead and direct company's Sales (inward & outward) team.

- Meet & Exceed company's sales, revenue and growth targets.

- Devises & implements the organization's sales strategy aimed at generating better revenue.

- Plans and implements sales strategies to acquire customers (B2C).

- Reports on progress toward revenue targets and leads the revenue forecasting activity.

- Organizing & trains Sales team to work more efficiently.

- Looking into the sales processes, builds and manages an efficient sales structure.

- At least 10 years of working experience in a high-level sales position in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment, preferably working as director of sales or director of an IT company.

- The candidate must demonstrate a successful record of accomplishing and exceeding sales targets/goals.

- Proven expertise in managerial positions while growing and scaling a sales department.

- Experienced in providing innovative sales development strategies that have immensely increased the sales performance of a business putting it ahead of its competition in the market.

- Strong Communication & Team Handling skills are essential for this position.
