We are handling an exciting and challenging opportunity with leading B2B SAAS Company based at bangalore.
- They are looking for dynamic leader as an Chief Sales Officer. A chief sales officer (CRO) is responsible for every process that generates revenue in an organization. CSOs work to connect different revenue-related functions, from marketing to sales, customer success, pricing, and revenue operations.
- The Chief Sales Officer (CSO) oversees all processes that brings a company revenue. That includes sales, pricing, marketing functions and customer support for products/services.
- Proven work experience as a Chief Sales Officer or similar role.
- Proven experience developing and executing business strategy
- Strong Sales background from B2B SAAS Domain is must.
- Ten or more years in diverse leadership roles, driving and implementing revenue growth.
- Proven track record of growing revenue through new-product development, marketing, branding, and partnerships.
- Significant experience in general management and P&L supervision.
- Working experience in B2B SAAS Company would be preferred.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skill is must.
- Exposure of Global market preferably US, Europe etc..is must.
- B.Tech + MBA would be preferred from good school.
