Experience:15 + yrs

Qualification: Preferably an Engineer or MBA/PGDBM in Marketing from a reputed business school

Roles & Responsibilities:

- The company is looking for a Sales Head for their Integrated Steel Plant.

- The candidate should have worked in the Steel manufacturing industry, in units with a minimum production capacity of 1.5 MT per annum.

- He would draw up the sales strategy for domestic and international business, work in close coordination with all stakeholders and lead our sales team to meet the company's objectives in the market.

- The candidate should have experience in selling long products.

- He should be willing to travel across all locations and create and nurture an effective dealer network across the country.

- The Marketing head will be a part of the senior management team and is expected to work in a challenging environment; develop and execute marketing/product/communication strategies to meet company's goals in brand equity, market penetration, customer service and value realisation.

- He should have past experience in this specific domain and be a good leader; create and lead an effective team.

THE CANDIDATE MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE OF WORKING IN STEEL MANUFACTURING INDUSTRY.
