We are having a job opportunity for Chief Sales & Marketing Officer with one of the leading telecom client based in Mumbai.
Below is the Job Profile provided.
- Head the Marketing, Alliance and CSD function.
- Formulate AOP Plan for the business basis in depth SWOT and business proposition.
- Identification of cluster roll-out based on Market Feedback/ Project Reports/ Competitor Analysis & work with Cross Functional Teams to finalize clusters.
- Identification of inventory / projects in clusters for delivery of the requisite AOP numbers across identified cities.
- Identify, vet, develop and own partner opportunities and business models to create strategically beneficial alliance partnerships - Create opportunities for long & medium term coalitions with various partner / service provider
- Number and Revenue target monitoring - Planned V/s Actual on a monthly basis. To identify & grow new revenue sources for the company
- Implementation of Marketing Strategy for achieving Acquisition and increasing penetration. Creation of visibility and pull in market
- Work with Cross Functional Teams (mainly Sales team) to prepare Brand Identity of Sterlite's FTTH Initiative
- Work with Cross Functional Teams to identify additional revenue streams like Enterprise, VAS.
- Responsible for over CSD delivery including collections, churn, SLA adherence
- Responsible for sales tie ups/ deals with service providers (Telecom and SP) for generating revenues & profitability
- Proving track record of developing & implementing continuous improvement in service delivery, and improved outcomes in Customer Services.
