One of our reputed client is looking for Chief - Sales & Marketing to spearhead flat steel products sales to OEMS - in Automotive, Power & Home Appliances sectors & their tier 2 suppliers.
Qualification : BE, MBA
The position is second-in-line to the existing Business Head.
- Incumbent will assume profit-centre responsibility in course of time.
- The role demands best-in-class talent.
- The person should have experience in selling FLAT STEEL PRODUCTS.
Deliverables
- Help Business Head develop profit centre strategy, and convert it into action plans to exceed annual targets, both in physical and financial terms
- Identify new opportunities for expansion in business verticals by adding new customers, geographies and product lines.
- Plan & achieve annual targets
- Ensure that processing facilities carry optimal stocks; set and review reorder levels to ensure no stock out / excess stock positions.
- Review and monitor inventory and receivables positions; and maintain ROCE at an acceptable level.
- Customer Relationship Management & use the same for business growth
- Identify business risks, analyze their impact, and implement risk mitigation strategies to minimize adverse impact of such risks on profitability
- Train and educate team to enable them to achieve superior results and ensure career progression and job satisfaction
