Chief Risk Officer - NBFC

Client Details : Our client is a leading NBFC in the Indian market.

Description :

- Develop and implement a comprehensive risk management framework, policies, and procedures to identify, assess, and mitigate risks across the organization.

- Monitor and assess the effectiveness of risk management and compliance programs, including internal controls, regulatory compliance, and operational risk management.

- Provide guidance and oversight to business units to ensure they are complying with regulatory requirements and company policies.

- Collaborate with other senior leaders to assess risk and develop strategies to mitigate risk exposure.

- Develop and maintain relationships with regulatory authorities to stay up to date with regulatory changes and ensure compliance.

- Report regularly to the Board of Directors on the company's risk management and compliance programs.

- Develop and manage a team of risk management professionals to ensure the effective implementation of risk management and compliance programs.

Profile :

- 12+ years of experience in risk management, compliance, or related field in the NBFC industry.

- Strong understanding of financial risk management, regulatory compliance, and operational risk management.

- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to assess and analyze complex information.

- Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team of risk management professionals.

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with senior leaders, regulatory authorities, and other stakeholders.

- Knowledge of NBFC regulations and compliance requirements.
