Chief Risk Officer - Market Risk - BFSI

1. Must have a minimum of 12 years banking experience and must be in Risk Department currently, Preferably Market Risk.

2. Risk head will be responsible for proper conduct of ALCO, Credit, Market & Liquidity and operational Risk committees.

3. Provide the leadership, management and vision necessary to support the Bank's risk framework through developing policies, procedures, processes, controls, products and systems in place to effectively grow the organization and to ensure financial strength and operating efficiency within the areas under his/her control.

4. Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure correct focus and direction for the bank at operations and technology level.
