Chief Risk Officer - Insurance

Purpose:

- This role is to build an effective Risk Management & Governance Framework to identify, monitor, manage and report risk to local management and Regional CRO in forward looking perspective. This position also will have to give an integrated view of all the key risks across all activities.

- Adopt and implement Group risk management framework and leading the risk team of the organisation

- Act as a key member of Management for the company that has the authority along with other Management team to formulate and decide business strategies and the operational process for the company.

- Have the ability to translate the risk data into meaningful insights for senior management including CEO and Regional CRO. To achieve this, the role holder must be able to analyse data of variable quality from multiple sources, understand the limitations of the data sets and models, identify the key fact that are important to senior management in driving the business forward in a profitable and sustainable manner.

Desired Qualification: CA/MBA in finance or equivalent PG/Masters

Desired Experience At least 15 years of experience in Insurance industry

Preferred Certifications - FRM, Cyber Risk certifications
