We are looking out for a revenue strategist with at least 15 years of relevant professional experience.

You will be responsible for building and leading a high-performing team while also crafting the revenue growth strategies working closely with sales, marketing, customer success as well as partnerships functions.

Location: Gurgaon

Responsibilities :

1) Developing and executing companys' revenue growth strategy, setting revenue targets, KPIs, identifying new market opportunities, optimizing the sales process and the funnel.

2) Leading the sales as well as sales operations teams to exceed the revenue targets and driving customer acquisition.

3) Overseeing the marketing team to develop and execute effective marketing campaigns to generate high-quality leads and increase brand awareness.

4) Managing the customer success vertical to ensure customer satisfaction, retention and expansion.

5) Building and managing partnerships to drive revenue growth through new channels & markets.

6) Driving sales through data driven strategies for optimizing revenue growth and improving customer acquisition and retention.

7) Identifying opportunities for product improvements and new features that will drive revenue growth.

8) Reporting on revenue performance, forecasting revenue growth, & suggesting areas of improvement to the executive team and board of directors.

Requirements :

1) Graduation/Post-Graduation from a recognized institute with at least 15+ years of professional experience of creating revenue growth strategies with a SAAS product organization.

2) Expertise in enterprise SAAS sales, marketing, & customer success best practices.

3) Prior expertise in building and managing partnerships to drive revenue growth.

4) Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
