Our Client is a media and entertainment company with interests across radio, television and television production
Job responsibilities include:
- Define a comprehensive business strategy by aligning the business framework and architecture to achieve revenue targets
- Manage end-to-end P&L of new and established categories, driving day to day operational improvement, building relationships and building a high performing team
- Engage with - product, sales, marketing, IT, finance and Operations team to drive a host of initiatives ranging from feature improvements, channel mix planning and revenue management
- Craft go-to-market sales and marketing strategies to maximize revenue potential from existing and prospective customers
A successful candidate comes with:
- Must have over 16 years of experience working in sales and marketing roles
- Prior experience in media and entertainment firms (radio and TV) is mandatory
- Having strong leadership skills - ability to work with cross functional teams and an eye for detail
- Ability to develop strategies and measurable implications with strong analytical skills
- MBA from a top business school is a prerequisite
