Confident to drive all Sectors B2B, D2C, B2C( E Com), and B2C (BFSI)

Experience

- 15 - 20 years of Experience in Logistic Industry - Revenue Function

- Track Record of Superior Performance Metrics

- Ability to develop, implement and drive overall commercial strategy.

- Extensive track record as a role model and leader to the Revenue Team

- Proven Track Record of scaling up a sales team at a rapidly growing Company

- Ability to recruit , mentor and nurture promising talent.

- Familiarity with Sales CRM software and experience with KPI's or KRA's for sales organization.
