Chief Revenue Officer - Insurtech


- As a CRO, you will oversee the firm's business development and sales strategy and objectives, including collaborating on, developing, and executing integrated sales initiatives that differentiate the firm's practices and services in the marketplace, as well as guide transformation efforts to identify new opportunities to generate revenue.

- Establishing and managing adherence to performance metrics and processes such as: lead generation, prospecting, sales pipeline, sales processes, evaluation of technology solutions, including CRM, consultative selling skills and market development.

- Working closely with the other co-founders, the CRO will strive to ensure our clients and prospects in our current and target geographies realize the full benefit of the multiple solutions Company has to offer.

- Responsible for building up the sales and distribution of l plans from the scratch and ensuring its success through close collaboration with Product, Marketing, Finance and Operations. Also responsible for scaling insurance proposition on top of an existing retail / digital network through appropriate sales and distribution strategies via digital marketing, DSA/agent/advisor network, fintech platforms and affiliates and SME corporates helping the Company build and execute a growth driven strategy to achieve a profitable market share.

- Inspiring, motivating, leading, managing and coaching a successful team of industry team leaders.

- Setup and manage the distribution org, which will include the digital marketing team, inside sales team, team for onboarding agents/advisors, account managers, corporate sales team for both direct sales and inside sales and sales ops

- Set monthly, quarterly and annual targets and push the team and partners to achieve numbers

- Overall P&L ownership of the organization

Requirements :

- At least 20+ years of experience in managing distribution channels for life or health insurance products (no motor), credit cards, lending products, mutual funds

- Should have demonstrated success by scaling a business from 1 to 100

- Must have setup and managed large sales teams

- Existing relationships with DSAs, agents and advisors who sell or can sell health insurance

- Go-getter attitude with an aggressive sales mentality
