Founded in 2019 by a Stanford business graduate, our Gurgaon based client is a transportation and logistics company providing exceptional door-to-door product delivery services, across the city, without any radius limitations. Their seamless SaaS-based tech integration helps to consolidate data and customise pick up and delivery timelines as required by their clients, while being able to track their packages in real-time.

The company's services are being used by various eCommerce companies, restaurants, and retail stores, as well as individuals through their convenient app. It has raised more than $5M in funding. Some of their clients include Taj Hotels, Blue Tokai, Dr Lal Path Labs, JW Marriot, Forest Essentials and many more leading brands.

As the Chief Revenue Officer, you will be a key member of the executive team, responsible for all revenue-generating processes within the company. This is an amazing opportunity to lead the scale up journey of one of the fastest growing companies in the logistics-tech space built by a veteran founder.

What you will do:

- Developing and executing a cohesive revenue strategy that aligns with the company's growth objectives

- Leading and expanding the sales team, fostering a high-performance culture with a focus on meeting or exceeding sales targets

- Leading and managing the marketing team to generate a pipeline of hi-quality leads in enterprise as well as SMB segments

- Ensuring the alignment of customer success with sales efforts, enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty

- Analyzing market trends, identifying new opportunities for growth, and leading expansion into new markets or segments

- Working closely with Technology, Product Development, and other departments to ensure a unified approach to revenue generation

- Defining and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) for the sales and marketing teams, adjusting strategies as needed to meet revenue goals

- Collaborating with the finance department to forecast revenue, manage budgets, and ensure the financial health of the sales operations

- Maintaining effective communication with all stakeholders, including the executive team, board of directors, and investors, providing regular updates on revenue performance and strategic initiatives

What you need to have:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or relevant graduate degree preferred

- Proven experience in a C level or senior sales leadership role, preferably in the B2B sector

- A strong track record of driving significant revenue growth

- Deep understanding of sales strategies, processes, and challenges specific to B2B sales

- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team

- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively engaging with stakeholders at all levels
