Job Description:
- Strategic sales and marketing, lead generation and branding experience is essential
- Responsible for Value Added Sales to upsell & cross sell other products.
- Ability to provide direction and manage, develop, and coach staff
- Ability to utilize, manage and coach to consultative selling skills, pipeline management and processes
- Scale our product offerings with an emphasis on revenue growth, operational efficiency, and speed of execution.
- Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy that ensures the company exceeds its revenue and profitability goals.
- Create, nurture, manage, and grow our sales team.
- Provide senior leadership to the organization market insights, pricing shifts, and competitive analysis.
- Work closely with founders to align strategy with sales growth.
- Be accountable for results, focusing on both long- and short-term strategies; take responsibility for accurate forecasting and meeting/exceeding agreed upon sales and revenue targets.
- Prior experience / handled large regional sales
- Prior rich experience in sales strategy and marketing Strategy
