Chief Product & Technology Officer - IT

DETAILED JOB DESCRIPTION :

- Work closely with the management and investors to identify areas of innovation and develop strategy for technology platforms and external partnerships aligned to market opportunity and organization objectives

- Identify, understand, and evaluate new business scenarios to determine the effectiveness and use of data, analytics and predictive modeling

- Drive collaborations across sales, marketing, product and support teams to execute innovation and product strategies effectively

- Contribute to organization agenda through development of emerging/innovative applications to meet current and future needs

- Set up scalable, efficient, automated process for model development, validation, implementation on large data

- Spearhead and deliver new product roadmaps conducive to customers

- Track, analyze and monitor data and technology performance metrics

- Lead and provide tech support to all branch and non-branch staff

- Streamline development and process improvements as per business requirements

- Establish best practices and processes across the organization to meet governance and security norms for NBFCs

- Create and foster data culture within the organization by infusing data literacy to all business and support units

- Build high performing team and onboard partners/vendors with diverse skills

WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT/S :

- 10-15 years of IT experience, preferably in fintech/ BFSI/ SAAS with 5+ years of leadership experience.

- Experience in fintech, payments, consumer and MSME lending is of added value.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENT/S :

- Computer science/Statistics/Mathematics/IT and Analytics skills/MBA from premier institute

SKILL REQUIREMENT/S :

- Passion for technology, data science, analytics and ability to thrive in a high growth environment

- Familiarity with multiple programming languages and software development methodologies

- Blend of digital transformation, business and executional skills

- Experience of building and leading a high performing team
