- The company is currently operating at 24 outlets, sitting at a run rate of 1.2 million ARR. We have a plan to open another 120-250 outlets this year, up to 700 outlets next year, spanning up to 10 cities, next year 10-12 cities and in the year following we would be targeting 1,000-1,500 outlets in the year 2025.
- Overall in terms of revenues we see up to growing up to 50-60 million next year and then further expanding it to 120-150 million in 2026 and that's the time when we actually look ourselves to be also positioning ourselves for further expansion growth into deeper into the tier 2 cities.
Job Responsibilities :
- Building the entire tech ecosystem for the company.
- We want to build the way we are positioned and the way we are growing is that we want to build digitally in and digitally out ecosystem where the CTO will help in the culture of digitizing all the processes making sure all the processes are aligned.
- Building the checklist, building the internal communication system processes the machines, the tech addition into the machines etc. and outside he will help us setting up the entire digital ecosystem.
- Through the app promoting, making sure we become the app first coffee company in the next two years and we can acquire and get all customers on the app which will help us in remarketing marketing.
- Owning our customers because we will be having more than 100-150 outlets per city by end of next year wherever we are present in whichever city we are present.
