Purpose of the Role:
To outline the company's Technological vision, implement technology strategies, and ensure that the technological resources are aligned with the company's business needs.
Job Responsibility :
- Responsible for mapping business objectives to a technology outcome, including correct estimation of resource allocation.
- Lead end-to-end design and implementation of new product development which includes conceptualization, development, testing, and product rollout.
- Design solution architecture & develop the in-house CRM application.
- Enable revamping of existing products and introduction of new apps & systems.
- Develop technical aspects of the company's strategy to ensure alignment with its business goals.
- Discover and implement new technologies that yield a competitive advantage.
- Help departments use technology profitably.
- Supervise system infrastructure to ensure functionality and efficiency.
- Build quality assurance and data protection processes.
- Monitor KRAs and IT budgets to assess technological performance.
- Use stakeholders' feedback to make necessary improvements and adjustments to technology.
- Communicate technology strategy to partners and investors.
- Oversee development using both front-end and back-end technologies.
- Guide team on integration within and outside the system.
- Responsible to develop and manage scalable, resilient, secure, and high-performance systems.
- Mentor and develop leaders within the team, along with this retains the top engineering talent.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and architecture blueprints.
Requirement :
- Applicant from Tier 1 Institute
- 15+ years of experience in building products that is development, engineering, architecture, and leadership.
- Proven leadership skills as demonstrated by a track record of leading product development projects.
- Prior experience in setting up the engineering team and processes.
- Strong understanding of enterprise applications, business processes, and the use of the latest technology.
- Managerial skills in scaling the organization and processes that deliver & maintain complex systems.
- Up to date with the latest technologies and upgrading architectures. Pioneer in exploring new potential technology choices.
- Great communication and interpersonal skills to engage with CXOs, vendors, and teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced growing environment, bring the right amount of aggression and leadership to drive technology & business
