Description - Our Client is looking for a leader, with relevant experience in design and development of education technology products, who can set strategic direction and execute closely to build exceptional products for consumer (internal and external)

Description:

As a product owner, you will own the product vision and define / execute on the product roadmap. You will lead engineering team along with product to realize the product development. You will also enable continuous development of product portfolio with regular customer and business feedback. The resulting products shall enable delightful customers and high growth.

The responsibilities will include but not limited to:

- Define strategy and roadmap for product and engineering development to achieve growth of users, engagement metrics and expand on business goals

- Build and lead the product development teams (including engineering and product design) through planning, prioritization, timely execution, quality, successful delivery through product life cycle

- Own the consumer research and shape the customer value proposition canvas for learning and tech products

- Plan and define the performance metrics for different product roll-outs. Monitor and measure performance to adjust the execution and achieve goals

- Continually lead the evolution of product through customer feedback loops, growth & innovation hacks, integration of new technology

- Own the development sprint cycles to ensure timely delivery of roadmap items and manage changes during the life cycle

- Any other item needed to build the growth journey together

Profile :

- 10+ years of experience in product management with consumer internet companies (3+years in leadership role)

- Prior experience in end to end product development for consumer facing internet businesses

- Demonstrated experience delivering intuitive, user friendly and engaging platforms with large user base

- Fundamental design thinker with keen interest in data-driven decision making, consumer research and strategy

- Outstanding planning & analytical capabilities

- Excellent communication and influencing skills

- Ability to lead cross-functional teams with systems thinking and high performance

- Ability to work hands-on using popular tools for product design and data analytics/ visualization

- Skills- Product Development, General Management, People Skills, Design and Data Thinking, Analytical and

Problem-solving skills:

- Ability to lead in informal startup environment

- Hands-on approach to getting things done

- High energy level and goal driven

- Passion to solve multi-disciplinary problems through innovative products

- EdTech/ Training Industry preferred

- Service Sector or Consumer Internet businesses
