Position Overview :

CPTO will play a key role in directly contributing to the success of success of the organisation. He/she will coach and mentor the Product Leaders to drive revenue growth of the organisation. Along with that he/she will also define the long-term strategy and vision for the product, leveraging broad customer research, customer experience and new technologies to deliver features to the customers. The individual should have expertise in both product and technical leadership.

Key responsibilities :

- Developing an ongoing relationship with sales, marketing, product marketing and customer success.

- Working with your team to use that analysis to develop innovative product ideas.

- Working with your team to develop quantitative and qualitative models of our customers' use of our products.

- Overseeing day-to-day product management and design activities, and software engineering operations.

- Ensuring the product is developed in a customer-centric way.

- Seeking early, systematic validation of all product development.

- Collaborating with other senior leaders to develop and deliver overall company strategy.

Job requirements :

- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

- Deep customer empathy, including ability to understand end-to-end scenarios.

- Hands-on experience solving problems across network, hardware, and service layers.

- Hands-on experience developing C# web applications or APIs and desktop applications.

- Strong project management experience.

- Knowledge of networking patterns for cloud-hosted services.

- Passionate about sharing your experiences and knowledge and growing your peers.

Education :

- UG in BTech/B.E in computers from a reputed university.

- PG in MBA (marketing, strategy) from a reputed university.
