Chief Product Officer - FinTech Startup

We are hiring Chief Product Officer for a Fintech Startup (Part of Global Fintech Company)

What You Will Do

- You will own end-to-end of the product.

- You will be responsible for defining key product KPIs and ensuring deliveries You will identify market opportunities and define product vision and strategy.

- You will understand customer needs and gather product requirements You will work with designers to create amazing user experiences.

- You will liaise with engineering managers, product analysts to deliver world class product features that matters for the customers You will take the full responsibility for a customer-facing product and crush competition You will closely with founding team to deliver world class business banking products

- Working closely with business to build the growth road-map.

What you should have? :

- 8+ years of experience creating customer facing products ideally in high-growth start-ups.

- Strong understanding of technology You have a track record of building successful (financial) products using data, customer feedback, common sense, and/or machine learning.

- You have the ability to think at a high level about product strategy and clearly articulate decisions.

- Strong communication skills and ability to influence all levels of stakeholders.

- Ability to solve complex problems by breaking them into simple ones and prioritising them.

- Mentoring and scaling team of associate/senior product managers.

- Analytical thinking and strong understanding of user experience.
