Chief Product Officer - FinTech Startup

- Looking for a Chief product Officer for a Fintech company, who will drive the overall product agenda and work in close alignment with Business and Operation teams .

- He would be passionate about technology, customers and how to translate the company's vision through consistently delighting product experience for our customers .

- The ideal person would be able to handle complexity, and understanding trade-offs from business, engineering, and design perspectives to move the product maturity forward.

- He /She would be hyper focussed on Customer needs and would articulate how Qbera's product vision evolves over a period of time.

- The incumbent would lead the Product and Technology teams and be responsible to build them.

- The ideal candidate would have 10 plus years of engineering and product management experience, preferably in a Fin tech / SAAS / B2C start up environment.

- This could be a great role for an aspiring and talented Product Manager to leaf frog into the C-suite . It is expected that the person should have a BE as his / her primary qualification.

- Any professional / management degree in product management is desirable but not mandatory.
