Job Description : Opportunity to work alongside the founder - Create and grow the Product from ground up

Client Details : A FinTech start up in the niche M&A Lifecycle Management Software space creating a tech platform powered by AI, ML and other new age technologies to bring all stakeholders involved on a single platform as a 1 stop digital solution for the M&A world.

Description :

- The CPO oversees all of a company's product-related matters.

- Product Conceptualization with a problem first, data-driven, test & iterate approach.

- Purpose of Product ; Establishing product vision and strategy balancing the goals of both the product and the business

- Manage range from product management to user experience (UX) research and design to product analytics.

- Devise Product Strategy ; both long term strategy and quarterly roadmap for Community and Paid products.

- Product development ; New product conceptualization, creating product roadmap measuring the viability of solutions, and continuous iterations based on user feedback and strategic goals.

- Product Growth & Marketing ; Product demonstrations to prospective clients. Build strategic "Go To Market" plans and processes.

- Product Analytics ; Making objective data driven decisions by analyzing user activity and engagement within the product, user churn rate and retention.

- Team Management ; Recruiting and managing the deliverables of program managers, product associates and ui/ux designers.

- Collaborate ; Work closely with tech, marketing & business teams to create a product culture and meet the desired organizational goals.

Profile :

The candidate should have at least 10-15 years leading a product team.

- B.Tech & MBA from Tier 1 College.

- At least three years' experience as software developer/engineer and five years' experience as CPO or equivalent

- Experience in a senior product-management role, partnering with executive staff, resulting in the development and implementation of creative product management strategies.

- Well-versed with latest technologies and know-how of product engineering.

- Demonstrated leadership ability, team management, and interpersonal skills.

- Excellent analytical and abstract reasoning skills, plus excellent organization skills.

- Excellent written and oral communication skills.

- Should be keen around delivering top-notch products.

- Ability to work with multiple levels in the organisation with key business stakeholders.
