Job Description :

- We are looking for a dynamic, strong Senior Leader to join as a Chief Product Officer to oversee the entire India Product team of the organisation

Client Details :

- Our client is a global Fintech Unicorn in the Enterprise SaaS space and the most innovative in Integrated Receivables & B2B Payments. Backed by some of the largest investors globally.

Description :

- Will play a key role in directly contributing to the success of success of the organisation

- On the ground collaboration with other India functional heads (Engg, Infra, InfoSec, Consulting, Sales, Marketing, Operations, etc.)

- You will coach and mentor your Product Leaders to drive revenue growth of the organisation

- Define the long-term strategy and vision for the product, leveraging broad customer research, customer experience and new technologies to deliver features to our customers

- Stakeholder management across levels and cross-functions

Profile :

- Education - B.Tech/B.E degree is a must, Tier 1 pedigree is preferred

- 15+ years of overall experience with at least 5+ years into SaaS products

- Should have good experience in scaling up SaaS products with very strong program management skills and good understanding of playbooks (SOPs)

- Should be skilled at hiring strong leaders/team members. Will manage a team of 500+ comprising Product & Engineering teams

- Someone who transitioned to Product from an Engineering background would be ideal
