- Chief Product Officer to spearhead the Product Management Function. The CPO will own the product strategy as well as manage the entire product portfolio to enable us become a Global Leader in skills transformation.
- A comprehensive product portfolio that addresses not only the most commonly pursued skills but also identifying and investing in future skills that will be important for this success.
- Each "Product" in the Product Portfolio will comprise of Industry Leading Content for learners to acquire skills, a comprehensive "Assessments" model to measure and certify "Outcomes" (job-readiness), a "Platform" on which the content and other digital assets are delivered and finally an "Ecosystem" that comprises of Trainers, Mentors, Influencers, Assessors etc.
- The Product Portfolio should create a best-in-class learning experience for our learners, deliver the Best ROI and Committed Outcomes to our Corporate Clients as well as secure the highest satisfaction ratings from our trainers and authors.
- The Chief Product Officer will also be responsible for building an innovation-centric team at KnowledgeHut which will own & drive the following areas:
1. Market Research & Product Identification :
- The Product team will be responsible for researching various markets, industries, geographies, competitors and identify new product development areas with accurate Demand Estimation, Differentiators and Revenue Projections over time.
2. Product Revenue Management & Capacity Building :
- The CPO will be responsible for the product strategy (Revenue, Segmentation, Geography, GTM etc) and create the internal and external capacity to execute this strategy. The CPO will be responsible for revenues from each product category/ product and manage execution through other business functions such as Sales, Marketing, Content Development etc. Capacity Building shall include internal and external ability to deliver these products to users globally (trainers, authors, mentors, partners, sales enablement etc).
3. Communication & Product Marketing :
- The CPO will be responsible for communication and marketing the product through the marketing organisation. This will include product launch, influencer marketing, testimonial creation, PR to name a few.
4. Partnering :
- Partnerships are a key strategy for us to expand its set of offerings to the market. Partnering scope will include Content Partnerships, Industry Body Affiliations, Influencer Partnerships, Innovation centred
5. Innovation Focus :
- The CPO will be expected to lead the innovation charter focused on driving learning outcomes and creating industry leading practices for skilling. Greater adoption of digital tools, executing new delivery models, understanding and addressing changing learning behaviors etc will all be part of the Innovation Scope. We are keen to set up an Innovation Center in partnership with globally reputed universities and the CPO will lead that initiative.
