Chief Product Officer

Responsibilities:

- Product Manager / Chief Product Officer is responsible for the product planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle, including: gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with other teams to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met

- Develop a clear strategy and business rationale for enhancement to and expansion of different features and functionalities of the product

- Understand and analyse user needs, and conduct research on markets and competitors

- Establish short- and long-term product goals and strategies

- Build and manage a product roadmap to support our goals and strategies

- Engage closely with the Engineering team to help determine the best technical implementation methods and reasonable execution schedules

Skills/Requirements:

- 13-18 + years of total work experience in at least 8+ years of relevant product management experience

- Demonstrated ability to think both strategically and tactically

- Demonstrated ability of handling a team of not less than 5 Product Managers

- Passion to use easy intuitive interfaces and ability to push the team hard to achieve simplicity

- Understanding of customers needs and aspirations

- Exceptional interpersonal, communication (spoken and written) and influencing skills and an ability to navigate a complex and unstructured cross-functional environment
