Role: Chief Physical Security Officer (Preferably Defence background)

CTC: INR 40 - 50 Lac

Location: Gurgaon

Roles and Responsibilities:

The person should have experience in physical security, investigations, risk mitigation & anti-fraud management.

Security Policy Build Up, Implementation, Awareness, Ctrl & Compliance.

Security Management (Security Patrols, duties & Training)

Liaison with law enforcement.

Material Management

Investigations (Assets / Harassment / Accidents / Conflicts of Interest / Cyber)

Crisis Management

Security Management for new projects (Scope of Security, Budgeting & Cost Control)

Rescue Ops

Asset Protection Systems (Access Ctrl, CCTV, Visitor Management, Travel Advisory)

Business Continuity & Disaster Management

VIP Protection

Risk Assessment

Internal theft & fraud prevention

Soft Target Protection

Industrial espionage protection

Safety Awareness & Ctrl (Fire Fighting & Prevention)

Command & Ctrl Rm setup

Transportation Security
