Designation : Chief People Officer (CPO)
- Experience intransition & Cultutral Change Managment Experience Mandatory.
- Proven leadership in driving cross-functional teams, data analysis, and innovation in digitalization efforts are required attributes for this role.
- Proven leadership in driving a cultural transformation in a mid-sized company.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Change Management & Transition:
- Provide leadership & guidance for change and transition management.
- Develop cultural and transition Management for change implementation through systematic planning, organizing, and implementing change to reach the desirable future state without affecting the continuity of business during the change process.
- During the entire process of change management & transition, to effectively communicate with all the key stakeholders directly or indirectly involved in the process.
Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with the company's business goals and objectives.
- Provide strategic leadership and guidance on HR matters to the executive team and board of directors.
Learning and Development:
- Oversee the design and implementation of comprehensive learning and development programs.
- Promote a culture of continuous learning and professional development across the organization.
Talent Acquisition and Management:
- Lead the talent acquisition process to attract, retain, and develop top talent.
- Implement effective performance management systems to drive high performance and employee engagement.
Organization Culture, Employee Relations and Engagement:
- Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture that promotes employee satisfaction and engagement.
- Address employee grievances and resolve conflicts in a fair and timely manner.
Compliance and Risk Management:
- Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to mitigate HR-related risks.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Oversee the design and administration of competitive compensation and benefits programs.
- Conduct regular benchmarking to ensure the company remains an employer of choice.
HR Digitalization:
- Drive the digital transformation of HR processes and systems to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Leverage data analytics to inform HR decision-making and strategy.
Travel and Mobility:
- Regularly travel to different company locations to ensure consistent implementation of HR strategies and practices.
- Address HR-related issues and provide support to regional HR teams.
