Looking for a versatile, dynamic HR professional for "Chief People Officer" role with one of the India's leading manufacturers and marketers of skin care, hair care, body care and makeup 'herbal' products
Key Responsibilities :
- Promote and implement human resource values by planning and managing human resources programs; directing staff
- Develop organization strategies by identifying and researching human resources issues; contributing information, analysis, and recommendations to organization strategic thinking and direction; establishing human resources objectives in line with organizational objectives
- IR skills, sales training experience and understanding of sales force performance management and productivity enhancement so as to ensure efficient ramp up of an increasing sales force
- Implement human resources strategies by establishing department accountabilities, including talent acquisition, staffing, compensation, health and welfare benefits, training and development, records management, safety and health, succession planning, employee relations and retention, compliance, and labour relations.
- Manage human resources operations by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, coaching, counselling, and disciplining staff; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing staff job contributions; maintaining compensation; determining production, productivity, quality, and customer-service strategies; designing systems; accumulating resources; resolving problems; implementing change.
- Ensures talent pipeline by designing and executing an effective entry-level talent induction from the premier B-Schools and their subsequent career management.
- Design and implements effective Talent Management and Succession plans.
- Develop human resources operations financial strategies - Supports management by providing human resources advice, counsel, and decisions; analyzing information and applications.
- Guides management and employee actions by researching, developing, writing, and updating policies, procedures, methods, and guidelines; communicating and enforcing organization values.
Requirements:
- MBA from Premier School
- Ten to Fifteen years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of best practices in human resource management and Industrial Relations
