- 10+ years of top management experience in various aspects of HR including recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, payroll, setting up HR systems and policies, driving productivity, change management

Education : Masters degree in either Business Management (HR) or related areas

Ideally looking for a candidate who has :

- Experience in working with Human Capital driven organizations in the services sector

- Ideally been exposed to full organizational life cycle from Startup Phase, to Growth Phase to Enterprise Phase

- Managed remote business operations where the manpower is spread across different geographies in the country

- Managed both strategic and operational aspect of the HR function right from organization design and development to change management, compensation design, setting up HR systems and policies, driving productivity, manpower planning, recruitment, employee engagement, attrition management, Payroll etc.

- Handled HR functions of significantly large organizations with 100+ people on roll
