Our client a full-service Marketing Firm is seeking an experienced and strategic Chief People Officer to lead their human resources function. This role will be pivotal in shaping the people strategy, optimizing HR processes.
The company is into Branding, E-commerce, Media, Digital Services with a team size of 60+ employees in the age range of 25 - 35 years.
Key Responsibilities:-
1. Leadership & HR Strategy:-
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with our business goals.
- Lead organizational development initiatives to drive growth and employee engagement.
- Serve as a strategic advisor to the executive team on all HR-related matters.
2. Talent Acquisition & Management:-
- Oversee recruitment processes to attract top talent in the marketing, digital, and media industries.
- Implement talent management programs to enhance employee performance, retention, and development.
3. Culture & Employee Engagement:-
- Foster a vibrant and inclusive company culture that resonates with our young, dynamic workforce.
- Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and productivity.
- Act as a cultural ambassador, ensuring that the core values are embedded in all HR practices.
4. HR Operations & Compliance:-
- Optimize HR processes, including onboarding, payroll, benefits administration, and compliance.
- Ensure adherence to all legal and regulatory requirements related to employment and labor laws.
- Implement HR metrics and analytics to drive data-informed decision-making.
5. Learning & Development:-
- Design and oversee training programs that align with business needs and employee growth.
- Focus on leadership development programs to build a pipeline of future leaders.
- Mentor and coach the HR team.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a CHRO or senior HR leader, preferably in the marketing, media, or digital industries.
- Strong strategic thinking and business acumen, with the ability to align HR initiatives with business objectives.
- Demonstrated experience in talent management, leadership development.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence at all levels.
- Experience working with a young and dynamic workforce, with a deep understanding of contemporary HR practices.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Flexible (Remote/On-site)
