Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and oversee HR strategies, processes, and systems.
- Analyze the macro business environment to predict organizational impacts.
- Influence and build strong relationships with leadership and stakeholders.
- Develop and cultivate a scientific and systematic organizational culture.
- Manage HR data, create solutions, and communicate insights effectively.
- Lead with a balance of adherence to processes and creative problem-solving.
Key Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in medium to large businesses, with at least 8+ years in HR.
- Proven ability to establish or scale HR setups.
- Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
- Fluent in English and at least two other languages.
- MBA from a reputed institute is preferred.
- Experience in light or medium engineering, manufacturing, or process industries is advantageous
