Job Description - The role involves leading the HR strategy for a Global Capability Centre (GCC) supporting key businesses. This position will be crucial in creating a high-performing team that will drive digital transformation and establish the GCC as a trusted partner across the group.

Description
Key deliverables for GCC:
- Consolidate service functions under one organization to drive standardized, efficient and effective processes.
- Build new functional capabilities internally along the Digital with Global Mindset.
- Transform service function using best in context systems, self-service, assurance, governance & actionable insights.

- Proven leadership experience in setting up Global Capability Centres or Shared Services Centres.
- Extensive knowledge of establishing and managing progressive HR practices in a services environment.
- Direct experience of managing various areas within the HR function (Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Performance & rewards, OD, L&D, etc.) for large scale centres.
- Strong strategic thinking and decision-making skills with the ability to align support services with business objectives.
