Chief People Officer (Corporate and Plant)
- Managing the Corporate and Plant HR activities
- Designing and implementing the HR strategy including manpower planning, compensation philosophy, organizational capability, talent management, leadership coaching and succession planning, employment processing, compensation, health and welfare benefits, training and development, records management, safety and health, succession planning, employee relations and retention, and labor relations
- Providing strategic counsel, coaching and support to the management Facilitating proactive business partnerships between management and Human Resources to meet business and financial objectives
- Execution of the people strategy in India and providing leadership through effective objective setting, delegation, and communication
- Lead all the HR, IR, Compliance & CSR initiatives at the units & law related matters where required
- Maintain harmonious and conducive Industrial Relations. Guide and lead the management in negotiations with unions and settlements.
- Ensure compliance with all the statutory requirements and also manage relationships with concerned authorities.
- Ensure that all legal and statutory compliances for the plant are adhered to and managed effectively; Monitor compliances of other departments at the plant

- Oversee and ensure that security measures for employees, workers, facility and machinery are established and adhered to
Qualification, Experience & skill sets :
- MSW or MBA (HR) with 15-20 years experience with overall HR activities including IR and Compliance activities for manufacturing plant and handling overall HR activities. Strong management and administrative acumen HR, IR partnering, policy, plant HR, factory, manufacturing
- You should be a robust and versatile HR professional with good interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong management and administrative acumen
- Strong work ethic and a personal commitment to high quality deliverables
- Positive attitude and high on energy
