We have been retained to hire a seasoned professional in the capacity of CPO / CHRO for our client - an leading Tech company based in Gurgaon & having operations and client base across APAC.

Job Description

The Professional will be responsible for spearheading the HR function and will implement his/her business knowledge and human resources expertise to develop and drive strategic business plans for entire gamut of HR spectrum like TA, TM, C&B, ER, PMS and L&D.

Experience & Skills :

- Should have deep knowledge and hands on experience of managing individual HR functions.

- Seasoned expertise in using a high touch and consultative approach: excellent relationship management, communication and influencing skills; ability to communicate effectively and credibly, both verbally and in writing, with audiences at all stakeholders levels

- Ability to work with a solution-oriented mindset; should be able to build and implement solutions from scratch in a rapidly growing, fast-paced & complex environment.

- Openness to learn and help in other special projects in HR function.

- Should be highly analytical and goal oriented

- Excellent project management skills

- Must have strong negotiation & networking skills

- Good expertise in employer branding and social medial management art
