- To Identify, attract & bring in focussed profiles for critical positions in the organization
- To Develop and implement innovative retention strategies, benchmarking industry standards
- Performance Management
- To Create & implement peer to peer Performance Management Process
- To develop unique people management initiatives improving on happiness quotient
- Training, OD & Change Management
- To introduce training system in company to develop talent in-line with corporate vision
- Talent Management & Development
- To optimize Talent Management & develop initiatives with real-time tracking modules
- Training, OD & Change Management
