Overview:
It is seeking a visionary and results-driven Chief Partner (Growth) to join the core team. As a key member of the leadership team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, shaping strategic partnerships, and overseeing the P&L for your growth-related initiatives. The ideal candidate is not only passionate about innovative solutions but also possesses strong business acumen and a proven track record of delivering measurable results.
Responsibilities:
Strategic Growth Planning: Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy aligned with list{a}'s overall objectives. Leverage market insights to identify and capitalize on business opportunities in the Toronto or Singapore region.
P&L Management: Assume ownership of the P&L for the business development function. Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial performance metrics to ensure revenue targets are met or exceeded.
Client Acquisition: Spearheaded the acquisition of high-value clients, employing a strategic approach to maximize revenue potential. Lead negotiations, structure deals, and ensure profitable partnerships.
Partnership Development: Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships that enhance list{a}'s service offerings and contribute to revenue growth. Collaborate with external stakeholders to create mutually beneficial relationships.
Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing business development team. Provide mentorship, guidance, and support to ensure the team consistently achieves and exceeds goals.
Data-Driven Decision-Making: Utilize data analytics to inform business decisions, measure the effectiveness of growth initiatives, and identify areas for improvement. Implement data-driven strategies to optimize business performance.
Qualifications:
- Proven executive leadership experience in business development, with a focus on technology or SaaS solutions.
- Strong financial acumen and experience managing P&L responsibilities.
- Exceptional strategic thinking and planning skills.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Track record of building and leading high-performing teams.
- Established network and relationships in the local business community in Toronto or Singapore.
Compensation: The Chief Partner (Growth) will have a percentage of profits and equity in this 0 to 1 journey.
