Chief Operation Officer - COO
1. The COO is responsible for the efficient and effective functioning of the domain such as financial inclusion/rural banking.
2. With the strong focus on business development.
3. Sticking with the company long term is one criteria as we have old business relationships to handover.
4. Prior knowledge and experience of leading Business operations for different geographies in- India.
5. To design strategic & tactical plans to identify, analyse and effectively respond to client's needs,emerging trends and best practices.
6. Develop short and long term strategic business goals.
7. Design, Build and execute growth plans for accounts to achieve revenue.
8. Optimize processes, Supervise the performance of employees every week/month and discuss the same with clients.
9. Ensure a Business Continuity Plan is in place for all processes.
10. Maintain the budgeting, monitor and report to the promoters.
11. Implementing systems and processes which improve management information in support.
12. To motivate and mentor vertical managers to enhance performance and check attrition.
13. Keeping updated with technological developments in the industry.
