Title : Chief Operations Officer
Role Expectation:
- Operation Head provides Leadership in the management of the business unit comprising of 500+ employees. The operations head will also be accountable for the day to day operations his/her direct and in direct teams.
- He / she will work closely with the senior managers and clients to understand the business priorities and ever increasing needs of our customers to align their teams to execute the day to day operations. Continuously focus in developing the team to achieve Individual goals and contribute to Organizational goals.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of a complex business unit comprising of 500+ employees.
- Identify issues that prevent\hinder the organization in providing the best in class customer experience, escalate them appropriately and collaborate with Clients (Government of India) to fix those issues.
- Manage sub contractors. Manage channel partners meet the requirements of the company in terms of policies, procedures, infrastructure, activities etc.
- Lead or participate on project teams involved with departmental or strategic projects.
- Ensure the financial health of the Unit and correlated departments.
- Monitor staffing needs for the team, within the requirements of the department budget, and establish workforce plan that anticipates business needs and staffing resources.
- Lead or participate on project teams involved with departmental or strategic projects and planning.
Required Skills:
- Very strong leadership skills, Experience in project management are highly preferable.
- Strong people and customer management skills and very strong analytical and problem solving Skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required
- Must have deployment / field level experience
- Must be a state or practise head at a large e-governance company
- Should have an excellent understanding of financials
